Membership Policy
1) Each pass is valid to play in 1 slot. ALL slots are 3 hours.
2) Weekday slots are 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Weekend slots are 12 pm - 3 pm (Sat & Sun), 3 pm - 6 pm (Sat & Sun)
3) Members will sign up for the spot (recommended) or you will only be allowed to walk in when spots are available.
4) Book your sessions only if you can make it. Repeat instances of holding and releasing the slots will result in cancellation of membership.
5) We will deduct the pass by 1x if a member signs up for a spot and does not show up. Members should release their spot 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or 1x pass will be deducted.
6) Walk-ins will be admitted only if a spot is available.
7) Membership expires 90 days (10x and 20x) or 180 days (50x) from the date of purchase.
8) All membership is NOT refundable.
9) All expired memberships can be extended by paying an extension fee ($5/1 day or $10/1 month). Payment must be received on the same day of usage of an expired membership
10) As a member, it is your responsibility & commitment to finish your credits. We will not honor any reason to freeze/extend the expiry dateexcept for medical proof. A one-month extension will be guaranteed upon providing documents.
11) Players must leave when session ends (Additional passes will be deducted if you decide to stay longer for the next session.
